Each dataset

RateWatt publishes its core state electricity datasets as complete CSV and JSON files.

The library contains 204 annual rate rows, 402 generation-source rows and 204 paired annual-period change rows. Each landing page states its EIA source, data vintage, missing-value rule and CC BY reuse boundary; the underlying federal facts remain public-domain data.

What the downloads do and do not contain

Files preserve the EIA values stored by RateWatt, including nulls. They are statewide reported aggregates, not live utility tariffs, customer bills or causal explanations. RateWatt adds normalization, stable state identifiers and the explicitly labelled release-change calculations.
